Two live cartridges and mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and for recovery of live cartridges another case being Pipra P.S. Case no. 98/2015 was registered.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.6.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/ concerned court in Pipra P.S. Case no. 99/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
