2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of order/orders, director/directors for commanding the Respondents No.3, D.C.L.R., Siwan for approving the Jamabandi No. 181 and 210 of Mauza Padari in Tilkathu Panchayat of Hasanpura Circle (Annexure-1 series) dated 07.04.2018 as well as Respondent No.4, the Circle Officer, Hasanpura, Siwan to accept the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24044 of 2018(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 land Revenue after 1970 to up to date which is dues at the rate of Rs.11.00/- situated in Mauza Padari Tauji No. 1372 Thana No. 384 Holding No. 210, Khata No. 150 Khesara No. 226 and 226/831 Area 01 Bigha 04 Kattha 09 Dhurs and at the rate of Rs.2.75 for the Land situated in Mauza Padri Tauji No. 1371, Holding No. 181, Khata No. 124, Thana No. 384, Khesra No. 128 and for issuance of direction for correct the online Register-II in the light of the objection raised in complainant through Speed Post vide dated 27.10.2018 to the Circle Officer, Hasanpura."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that illegally, the Jamabandi which was there in the name of the petitioner's family was canceled when they wanted mutation of the land. Against the said order, an appeal has been filed before the Collector, Siwan (respondent no.2) which is still pending.

4. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no. 2 to 4 duly signed in the year 2021 without service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In that background, this Court expects that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24044 of 2018(2) dt.11-11-2025 3/3 Collector, Siwan, to take the appeal presented by the petitioner and is pending since long to its logical at an earliest, preferably by 31.03.2026.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
