The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chiraiya P.S. case No. 154 of 2017 under Section 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Two stolen bolero jeep bearing registration No. BR33G-2541 and BR1PB-8167 were recovered from the Darwaja of the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they purchased the vehicle from Ramdeni Sahni. They do not know the fact that the vehicles were stolen one. Ramdeni Sahni cheated the petitioners. No offence under Section 413, 414 of the IPC is made out against the petitioners but it appears that two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56751 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 stolen vehicles were recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the owner book and other documents with regard to the vehicles recovered from the house of petitioners are forged one. The prayer for anticipatory bail of similarly situated accused, Dasrath Sahni, has already been rejected vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41624 of 2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
