2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 354, 332, 333, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including thes petitioners attacked the police party and damaged their vehicle, as a result of which, some of the police personnel sustained injury.
