The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2012 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that in the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52372 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
