Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are mother-in-law and brother-inlaw of the deceased respectively and admittedly, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Arun Singh, who is father-inlaw of the deceased, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Shri Deshmukh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jehanabad.
