2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ In the nature of MANDAMUS the Commanding

103, 33, 105, 108, 23, 106, 112, 117, Survey Chhetra No. 490 492, 491, 496, 485, 477 478 459, 458, 463, area 1.37 acre through land Acquisition Case No. 10/2002-03;

(ii) further for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities consider the grievances to of the petitioner in the light of Judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court which is the case of State of Uttar Pradesh Vs. Arvind Kumar Shrivastava & others reported in (2015) I.S.C.C. 347 decision has been a that where rendered by a court in rem. The case of the petitioner be also consider in the light of Judgment / order dated 3.10 18 passed in L.P.A. No. 1981 of 2015 Himanshu Kumar Choubey and others Vs. The Union of India and others;

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondents with proper documents to register his claim.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner approaches, the matter shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.9, the Collector, Nawada.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
