One live cartridge and near about 350 to 400 gram ganja are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.8.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Purnea in Special case no. 04/2015 arising out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case no. 105/2015.
