Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for increase of intake capacity in prescribed format after deposit of requisite fee. The matter is pending at the level of the Bihar School Examination Board.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
