2. Concerned opposite party has filed show-cause along with documents. Perusal of Annexure-R/2 dated 16.09.2023, grievance of the petitioner is stated to have been

Patna High Court MJC No.2521 of 2023(3) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 complied. For necessary payments on behalf of the opposite parties, petitioner was required to furnish bank account details. Therefore, he is permitted to approach the concerned authority in furnishing bank account so as to transmit the determined amount in the communication dated 16.09.2023.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 2521 of 2023 stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the communication dated 16.09.2023, if it is to any disadvantage to him, in accordance with law.
