JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 149 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is of getting appointment as Vikas Mitra at Sugauli Panchayat on the basis of fake certificate of Sanskrit Shiksha Board.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated at the instance of Rajesh Sah who has lodged a case earlier and certificate was verified and found to be genuine and later on a report has been submitted that the certificate is forged. He is still ready to face consequences, if the ennquiry is conducted.

Having heard both sides, in view of the specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55651 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 assertion made by the petitioner, as above, this application is allowed and the petitioner, above named, is granted provisional bail till the submission of the charge sheet on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 149 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the meantime, the I.O. will get the certificate of the petitioner will examine by the proper authority, even in spite of certificate is found to be forged and charge sheet has been submitted against him, he may surrender and prayer for regular bail before the learned court below.
