The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017 registered under Sections 341/323/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute but no injury report has been prepared of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
