2. On 10.10.2025, the following order was passed in the present case:- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 683 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 316(2), 319(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating Rs. 20 Lakh from the informant on the pretext to sale a piece of land to the informant. The petitioner is involved in more than 20 cases of cheating and in some cases,he has been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Supreme Court only on the condition that he will return the money to the informants of the different cases.

4. Mr. Ram Krishna and Mr. Madhukar Anand, the learned counsels for the petitioner on instruction submit that the petitioner will pay the entire amount of Rs. 20 Lakh to the informant by way of 10 equal monthly installments.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. I have heard and considered the submissions of the parties and have also gone through the records of the case.
7. To show his bona-fide, the learned counsels for the petitioner have produced a demand draft of Rs. 2 Lakh in the name of the informant which is being handed over to Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Roy, the learned counsel for the informant, who accepts the demand draft on behalf of his client. The rest of the 9 installments shall be made to the informant by the petitioner on or before 10th of each month beginning from the month of November.
8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on Provisional Bailtill 02.01.2026 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 683 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i). Both the bailors should be the family members/close blood relatives of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii). The address of the petitioner as well as the bailors shall be verified by the Court below through the local police station before accepting the bail bonds. The photographs of the bailors shall also be kept on record for future reference.
9. Re-list this case on 02.01.2026. "
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly paying the amount in installments as undertaken before this Court.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of. The petitioner will remain on provisional bail till he pays the amount in installments. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled by the Court below. If the petitioner pays the entire amount to the informant, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
5. So far as the grievance of other persons is concerned, they are directed to approach the appropriate court/forum for redressal of their grievance including the remand of the petitioner in the FIRs registered by them. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
