JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 The Court takes a very grim view of the matter that a former teacher of the University is being compelled again and again to approach the High Court and despite orders and directions being passed neither the Registrar or the Vice Chancellor is willing to take cognizance of it and take a decision on the grievance. The writ was filed in the year 2015, no counter affidavit has been filed till date.

However, counsel for the University on instructions informs the Court that the authorities will take cognizance and pass an order communicating to the petitioner his entitlement in

Patna High Court CWJC No.18486 of 2015 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 terms of the pension which has been fixed and the apprehension of the petitioner which he has about wrong fixation. On an application being filed with a copy of this order, Vice Chancellor will get the matter examined and communicate the petitioner within three weeks the stand of the University with regard to the fixation of pension which has been done and whether it requires rectification. If the objection of the petitioner is found to be in order remedial measures will be taken as a consequence thereof.
