2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with NDPS (Special) Case No. 82 of 2024 arising out of Airport P.S Case No. 17 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per prosecution case, total 88 gram smack powder with paper packet has been recovered from the petitioner and co-accused in which 10 gram powder and 78 gram paper were seized.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is further submitted that 10 gram poweder is near to small quantity and very less than the commercial quantity. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.02.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Patna in connection with NDPS (Special) Case No. 82 of 2024 arising out of Airport P.S Case No. 17 of 2024.
