JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 219 of 2017, lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against one co-accused is that he executed deed of gift in favour of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, who are his daughters-in-law, with respect to a land, which is said to be in the share of the complainant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the matter relates to civil dispute with respect to share of

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubJudge-11th-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-11th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 219 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
