====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Guthni P. S. Case No. 196 of 2018 dated 19.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the fact that the informant has received simple injuries, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.76529 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthni P. S. Case No. 196 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

While saying so, the Court has taken note of the fact that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and have clean antecedents.
