Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make representation to the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, which may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law, by making a

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the appellant.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the appellant to make representation to the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, and if such a representation is made, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, by making a speaking order by the respondents. The whole exercise, so directed, shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. The order or orders, which may be passed in compliance of the direction issued hereinbefore, shall be communicated, in writing, to the appellant and the appellant shall remain at liberty to take recourse to such provision of law as may be permissible, if he is aggrieved by the order or orders passed or decision or decisions taken on his representation.
