The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52055 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.278 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks. It is prayed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that while filing bail application, by mistake, in place of name of the father of the petitioner 'Parmeshwar Sinha' has been written in place of 'Parmeshwar Sahu' and in place of 'learned A.C.J.M.-II, Saran (Chapra)', 'learned S.D.J.M., Siwan' has been written. It is also prayed that further time may be extended so that

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let in place of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan be read as learned A.C.J.M.-II, Saran at Chapra and the name of the father of the petitioner 'Parmeshwar Sinha' be read as 'Parmeshwar Sahu' and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 10.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52055 of 2017, is modified and corrected to the extent as indicated above.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
