Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on receiving the dead body of the son of the informant whose murder was committed. The deceased had left the house alongwith co-accused- Kishan Kumar @ Chittu. During investigation, some witnesses stated that the petitioner was also seen alongwith the deceased, however, no one claimed to have seen the actual occurrence which resulted in murder.

No.55848 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material against the petitioner to further detain him in prison, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya Police Station Case No.385 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
