2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 51853 of 2024 which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2024.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 51853 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

4. As prayed for, two weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 51853 of 2024 to remove the defects, as pointed out by the registry.
