The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2018 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.561/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272,273 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court on 07.02.2019 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only charge has been framed and the evidence is yet to led by the parties. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
