This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 376 of the Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner. The victim is deaf and dumb. The occurrence took place on 6th January, 2015, the medical examination of the victim conducted on 8th January, 2015, and the victim was examined under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.
