2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 60 litres of country made illicit liquor from a motorcycle which was driven by the petitioner. From the other accused persons, total 560 litres of country made illicit liquor have also been recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of two criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and recovery of illicit liquor, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This bail application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Guddu/- U T
