JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4, 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged against the petitioners that petitioners persuaded the informant for going to Ram Nagar and ultimately one Raghubar Choudhary persuaded her to go and ravished her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are aged ladies having no criminal antecedent and the thrust of accusation is against Raghubar Choudhary and even assuming the accusation and 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim, no offence under Section 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act is made out against the petitioners.

No.53586 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
