The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that on 17.09.2017 at 7.00 PM, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 came to the house of the informant, armed with pistol and resorted to firing, upon which the villagers gathered, while the accused threatened to kill the family members of the informant. It is alleged against petitioner no.1 that she pelted bricks and stones.

Admittedly, no injury has been caused to any one. Petitioner no.1 is wife of petitioner no.2 and mother of petitoner no.3.

Considering the nature of accusation when no injury was caused to anyone, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S.
