The petitioner is a lady apprehending her arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, an altercation took place on account of the fact that there was some dispute with regard to lifting of wheat from the open space belonging to informant. It is further submitted that the only allegation against her is that she had not removed the wheat, leading to the present occurrence resulting into the death of son of the informant.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no specific

No.54147 of 2015 (3) dt.11-01-2016 role to play, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
