Two FIR named accused were caught on the spot and the aforesaid co-accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner. Subsequently, house of the petitioner was raided and two ATM cards are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S.
