JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed by Court vide order dated 1.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 37979 of 2017 with condition that he has to appear in local police station in the first week of every month till conclusion of trial. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the said condition may be modified to the period of six months. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, the order dated 1.9.2017 stands modified to the extent that petitioner shall mark his attendance in the local police station in the first week of every month for a period of six months from the date of his release. With the above modification, this application is disposed of.
