JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 The petitioner moved this Court against the order dated 7.9.2012 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea in Maintenance Case No.28 of 2007 whereby the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of a sum of Rs.1500/- per month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is likelihood to be compromised between the parties. Earlier the case was adjourned on 1.12.2014 and other dates.

In view of submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of in the following term:

In case a compromise petition is filed, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea would recall the order dated 7.9.2012 by which the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of a sum of Rs.1500/- per month, otherwise the same would stand. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U
