This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. The only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the petitioner and it is alleged that on disclosure, made by the petitioner, one cotton bag was recovered. However, no T.I.P. has been conducted either of the article so recovered or of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2016. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8798 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2012.
