The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter relates to section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused in this case due to oblique reason. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
