JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The petitioner in the writ application seeks direction to the respondents to make enquiry against respondents No.6, 7 and 8 and register First Information Report against them. According to the petitioner, respondents No.6, 7 and 8 have defalcated huge amount of Mid-day Meal (Madhyann Bhojan Yojna) and other schemes of the Government. Learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.24729 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 counsel appearing for the petitioner has also submitted that the respondents have issued forged certificates also and land of Madarsa was also transferred to their relatives. These facts cannot be gone into in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the grievance, which he is raising in the present writ application either by approaching the high officials of the Department or by filing First Information Report.

This writ application stands disposed of.
