The petitioner is in custody in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he took away the truck of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was working as driver of the informant and subsequently he was removed. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is

No.58064 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S.
