2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted the husband of informant with iron rod as a result of which, he died on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, there is admitted land dispute between the parties due to which petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he hit the deceased with iron rod, resulting in his death.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
