2. The only grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application, is that her appeal is pending before the District Magistrate, Madhepura, which has been registered as Appeal No. 19 of 2019. A direction is being sought for disposal of the said appeal expeditiously.

3. The matter relates to selection against the post of Anganwari Sevika for Ward No. 6 of Chitti Panchayat in the district of Madhepura.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction that let the aforesaid appeal be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
