2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on secret information, five accused persons were arrested by the police and the arrested accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner and other co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
