JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Manjhi P. S. Case No. 230 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod and Sambal, which caused four injuries out of which two were found grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
