2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners alongwith co-accused Gudiya Khatoon and other 3-4 unknown persons assaulted father of informant by sharp cut weapons, as a result of which, father of informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
