JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 26-11-2018 In view of the fact that a forum has been created for deciding all the disputes of the affiliated college vide notification dated 19.05.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015. In the event such petition is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the Pradhikar will entertain the petition and dispose of the same after condoning the delay, if any.
