The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P. S. Case No. 33 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399/402/414/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that few persons had assembled for committing crime in western verandah of Middle school, Paharpur. On getting this information, police reached at the place of occurrence and apprehended seven persons including this petitioner. It is further alleged that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.6. 2018.

No.2963 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S.T. No. 510 of 2018 arising out of Baligaon P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
