2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 303(2), 3(5), 87 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is alleged to have eloped with one Md. Sohil. The petitioner is not the main accused of the case.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025.
