The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 214/2015 registered under Section 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Regard being had to the specific allegation that the petitioner was running a brothel from where four girls, who were victim of the crime, were rescued by the police, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
