The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Waris Nagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S.Case No. 178 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the seriousness of the offence and involvement of the petitioner having been transpired during investigation of the case, as noticed by the learned Sessions Judge in the order dated 02.11.2017 in A.B.P. No. 1786 of 2017, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
