The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 434 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation against the petitioner as per the prosecution case is that he has assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head and co-accused Shashi Bhushan Sah @ Pappu Sah assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head causing head injury of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that due to

He further submits that doctor found one injury on informant which was simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by learned court below.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 434 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) mdrashid/- U T
