Petitioner apprehend their arrest in complaint case no. 2300 ( c) of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In terms of the order dated 22.12.2017 the petitioners have agreed to make payment of Rs. Fourteen lacs to the complainant by demand draft by 30th of January, 2018. The petitioners have made payment of Rs. 12 lacs till date and in terms of the order dated 3.4. 2018 today the petitioners have made payment of Rs. two lacs by demand draft drawn in favour

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60789 of 2017(8) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 of Anil Kumar (complainant) issued by Punjab & Sind Bank vide D.D. No. "369912" dated 05.04.2018. The aforesaid demand draft has been handed over to the counsel for the complainant who is present in Court.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that after receiving the entire amount the informant be directed to take steps for finally withdrawing the case and also signing on the relevant papers. The counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to do all those things.

In such circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by a Co-ordinate Bench of the Court vide order dated 22.12.17 is hereby confirmed. The informant is directed to put endorsement on the agreement paper and also take appropriate steps for finally withdrawing the case in the Court below within a period of one month from the date of this order.
