JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 20-12-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53817 of 2016.

It is submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioner that at page 2 of order dated 01.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53817 of 2016 due to typographical error it has been mentioned that the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner got lapsed on '18.08.2015' instead of '18.08.2016' and the anticipatory bail application has been filed on '13.12.2016' instead of '25.11.2016'.

Accordingly, the order dated 01.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53817 of 2016 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59449 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 that the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner got lapsed on 18.08.2016. However, since the anticipatory bail application was registered on 13.12.2016, hence, the said part does not require to be modified.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.

Let the order be transmitted to the Court of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 277 of 2015.
