JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of a writ of Mandamas directing the Respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in accordance with the Notification no.3M-2-5-Ve-5-28/99-4685 vi(2) 25.06.2003 dated-25-06-2003 and in terms of the decision contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.20544 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/3 para-2 and 4 in Proposal no.(Ga)-III taken by the Board of Director of the Corporation in its Meeting Dated-2608-2009.

(ii) For issuance of direction upon the Respondents to extend the benefit of 1st and 2nd ACPs and MACP in the scale of 5500-9000 and 6500-10500 respectively after fixation of pay with effect from 04-01-2008 to the petitioner as the petitioner is eligible for the same."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, BMP-05 Campus, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.20544 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 3/3 period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
