2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that due to technical requirement of furnishing signed copy of Aadhar copy on behalf of the petitioner on affidavit, the order of this Court could not be complied. The petitioner is

Patna High Court MJC No.2522 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 responsible on account of his own inaction. Vide office Memo No.201 dated 08.08.2025, the senior Treasury Officer, Aurangabd has communicated the petitioner to furnish the required document.

3. In view of the admitted position and in view of compliance of the order passed by this Court, it is accepted from the Senior Treasury Officer, Aurangabd that he should not delay in any manner in accepting the application of the petitioner forthwith which the petitioner is required to furnish all information, as contained in memo No.201 dated 08.08.2025 like, Affidavit, No dues certificate, Application form, Regular format for commencement of pension/family pension.

4. In case, the Senior Treasury Officer concerned harass the petitioner in spite of furnishing all the documents by him, then in that case, the petitioner can take appropriate legal action against him/her.

5. The present contempt petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
