The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,504,506 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of abusing for not allowing to adopt unfair means at the examination.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and genera and more based on suspicion.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six
